Growing up in Los Angeles as part of a large immigrant family from Peru, she became a language bridge before she had words for what that meant — interpreting for family members, navigating systems, making sure nothing got lost between languages or cultures.

That early responsibility became a vocation. After her daughter left for college in New York, Losha went back to school at UCLA Extension to formalize what she'd always done naturally — studying interpretation and translation, building the credentials to match the instincts she'd carried her whole life.

Over the next decade she built a career across four of the most demanding sectors in language services: legal, medical, government, and marketing. But the work was never just about words. It was always about helping people show up — clearly, confidently, in their own voice.
